This full-time position supports and maintains STATS IT desktops, laptops and peripherals along with assisting the datacenter / helpdesk team. Support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems within STATS standards and guidelines. Activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve daily problems. The position utilizes one-on-one consultancy to end users in our main office and remote locations. The position’s responsibilities require independent analyses, communication and problem solving. Work is performed with little supervision and requires initiative and judgment.
Responsibilities:
- Image new hardware for employees.
- Diagnose, repair and upgrade hardware and equipment
- Install basic software on employee computers
- Update documentation for department procedures
- Install printer connections on employee computers
- Provide minimal other end user support
- Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
- Train and orient staff on use of hardware and software
Requirements:

General Description:
Work with Director of Accounting and staff across the organization, as well as local (international) service providers, to ensure all accounting functions are carried out in compliance with all country specific accounting, tax and regulatory filing standards. Responsibilities include period close processes, financial reporting, financial systems maintenance and implementing accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Strong technical accounting skills and ability to ensure foreign operations are converted to US GAAP. IFRS knowledge a plus.
- Experience working globally and with diversified teams
- Must have advanced Excel skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

The Database Administrator (DBA) is part of Database Team responsible for implementation and support of Oracle and SQL based databases.
